Monday Window – 35

More Windows from Norcross

Historic Downtown Norcross, Georgia, is a lively place as you have seen in many of my posts. Today I will take you past three of the interesting buildings and we will take a closer look at some windows of one of them. Let’s start with City Hall – all windows in this photo.

Right across the street from the very modern looking City Hall is the immaculately maintained home of the Norcross Garden Club. You see two friendly windows. I chose the angle so the front door would not show – this isn’t Thursday, you know!

Behind the Garden Club home, and across the street there, is the College Street Playhouse, home of the Lionheart Theater, which occupies the Old Methodist church building that dates from 1877. We will admire some of the windows, and especially some of the window glass from the outside. OK, the front door can be seen here. We will visit it again on Thursday.
