Thursday Doors – 49
A totally different door theme was in my plans for this week. Then it got hectic, I needed to find an old photo and naturally I had not tagged it so finding it would be easy. I thought I remembered the year, I was wrong. It did give me the opportunity to scan through my archives for a couple of years. As I was doing so I saw a number of forgotten photos that were interesting and on theme for doors, windows, and some other topics.
The photo here is of the barn door at McDaniel Farm Park in Duluth, Georgia. It had served as a stitching exercise and had a couple of flaws and thus never got into any blog or class demo album. Seemed to be a charming photo to me, so here is a gallery of one.
Here are some other views of that barn from over the years. including a bit of art.
Thursday Doors is a weekly feature allowing door lovers to come together to admire and share their favorite door photos from around the world.
This delightful activity is conducted by Norman Frampton. Come join in!
